GUIDELINES: Our guidelines are cinematic. We find definitions limiting so take PISSOIR as a rough guide and submit. We’ll only really know if we like your work once we’ve read it.
We’re unshockable, though please no racist / sexist / etc. / illegal material.

☆ We tend to publish two to four pieces (poems) by each contributor – we want to showcase your work – so please bear this in mind when submitting.
☆ No reprints. Simultaneous subs are fine, just let us know if your work is placed elsewhere so we can congratulate you.
☆ Send your submission as a .doc or .rtf or .pdf to editorsalopress@gmail.com, please include a brief covering letter / bio and quote ‘PISSOIR’ in the subject header. Our response times do vary, please bear with us.
☆ If you can purchase a copy of PISSOIR (or anything from our catalogue) we’d be delighted! As a tiny tiny DIY outfit we can only continue publishing if folk buy the magazine.
Please note: The payment for your work will be one contributor copy. IF we ever make profit from the magazine we will share this 50/50 with contributors.
